Interesting video even though I’m a 65 yr old man who has been blessed with a full head of hair, though I am getting lots if gray streaks – but that’s okay! Gives my face some much needed character.
I did notice one strange thing over the past few years – loss of body hair – which I’m also okay with. I’ve never had body hair other than light growth on my arms and legs. But drying off after a shower a few years ago, I noticed I had no more body hair except the groin and underarm areas. No biggie. Just curious if this is typical of aging or a symptom of a different problem?
And YES – I realize you’re not a medical doctor but you do lots of research.

This is a bit of a superstition that I have, but I’ve found that when I wash my hair with cold water, I lose a lot less hair compared to when I wash my hair with hot water.
Ya that’s cuz hot water actually removes all the oils including natural oil so technically it’s being dry
I’ve been doing 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats and a 10k run every Day for the past 2 years and I’ve notice a massive hair loss!

I’m pretty sure my loss of hair is not related to over exercise.
One warning about Keeps or any product with Minoxidil, it can cause anxiety. I’ve had a HUGE spike in anxiety after starting Keeps over a year ago. Just do your own research on Minoxidil before starting it.
Any improvement on the shag despite the anxiety?
Then it’s a good thing I read this ahead of time before attempting to use those products because I already have a problem with anxiety
Women can have MPB also. I met an elderly woman (60’s) with major hair loss on the top of her head. What hair that was left had a PERMANENT in it making her baldness all the more noticeable. I’m turning 71 this June and I have thick hair on my head, touches on arms, chest and legs, and NONE under my arms and between my legs. Can you explain that one?

I can confirm the part about long hair causing hair loss. I had long hair for the majority of my teens and 20s. Here I was in late 20s, and I started losing hair.
I cut off all my hair, and my hair started growing back. Maybe there is something to this after all.
Makes perfect sense.
Even if the hat theory has not been proven, I think the same applies to hats as to man buns and ponytails. Hats that are too small or ones that are worn too tight may constrict the blood flow to the scalp. Hair follicles are nourished by circulation. The weaker it is the less nourishment they receive and weaker they will become. We can’t stop male pattern baldness, but we might be able to slow it down, if we are careful in we look after our bodies and how we live.
Most people only regard the hair on their heads. They don’t realize that its already dead matter once it exits the scalp. It’s the follicle that matters most.
I would be very surprised if work stress didn’t play a role in my case.
After watching 4:35 seemed relevant and the lack of sleep which in my case was occasionally due to shifts scheduled 8 hours apart (work until midnight and begin again at 8am).

My hair started to thin, the problem was I was using head and shoulders.
so true i too noticed it. really.
I noticed that when I used Head & Shoulders my hair went finer and lay flatter on my head.
The best shampoos are either Wash n Go, or Herbal Essences.
Vosene also makes hair feel thick too.
Great info thanks Antonio. I’ve seen a lot of man channels that lost my credibility, I know everybody needs to make a living out of something but we also know what’s real and what’s not. I find your videos very informative thanks again. Good job.
Regarding for the 2nd reason; in my country (Saudi Arabia) the formal wear has to include a headwear and all the people who works in jobs that requires formal wear facing hair loss. So this myth is somewhat true.
My hairline has been receding since I was 16, Every male over 25 in my family is bald or balding, I work outside all day, my diet it awful, I’m stressed constantly, etc. etc.. I wonder why my hairline has shot back so far in only 3 years.
