    1. I want to embrace them, but don’t know what kind to get.. Can you recommend affordable and not fake looking wigs. thanks

  1. Wow beautiful. I just ordered this wig and colour from my wig lady today. It will be in next Friday. I can’t wait. I unfortunately am losing my hair from chemo so this wig will make me more confident.

  2. Yessss! I’ve been wearing wigs since I was 15, I’m 40 now… just for when I have a night out and want a different look for fun! Wigs are awesome just for that reason alone and how quick it is!

  3. Wow! What a transformation! You are pretty already, but the volume of that wig with the colors is great with your skin tone.

    1. My husband is all about “the natural”..he doesn’t go to clubs, he has $$$, but this woman would’ve made him RUNNNN! Ladies if you are looking for a self-made man, many of them are in occupations and have brains that could never make sense of this. Hahahaha you follow yer dreams. I got a “real ‘un”:) y’all keep Chasin’ the Nick Cannons while the rest of us shake our heads. Love to my husband, whom I love dearly, and doesn’t give a rat’s arse what any other person thinks! Love to Steve! HE is my hero!

    2. @@kalevala29 Yes I guess a good one is expencive. Wish I could try one.. It’s hard to order when you never tried one.

  4. I have Hashimotos Thyroiditis which makes my hair very thin and I have been considering buying wigs and this has convinced me this is a right move for me. Thanks!

    1. I have Hashimoto’s too. My hair is naturally curly and super thick. Now you can see my scalp. I own 3 wigs and never actually wore any of them. I don’t want to be judged or feel the need to explain, but my room hair is embarrassing

  5. I am 69 and have been wearing wigs DAILY since I was 61. Wished. I had started in my 40’s. Born with baby fine and thin hair! I get compliments almost daily and I am proud to tell them it is a wig. No shame; happy there is an alternative! It has truly boosted my self confidence. All my immediate family had thin hair, but my brothet and i did something about it. He wears hair piece and looks STUNNING! Salt and pepper color. He turns heads.

    1. Really? Sounds like the kind of quality hair that I would consider. I have never owned one, and I am wary of them, afraid of looking ridiculous with one that doesn’t look real or doesn’t look right on me, as that is even worse than having thinner hair.

    1. yah the blond doesnt really suit her specially that wig looked very cheap and unnatural. i cannoit think anything better than own natural hair.

  6. As a Black woman I can say that we’ve have been wearing wigs for years and we don’t explain it to anyone.. You look beautiful and you don’t need to explain it to anyone. As long as you love it forget what others think.

    1. but what about the styling & caring for the wig time? I have big big curly hair vut my cousin would feel better with a wig & I’ve been trying to convince her but it not a regular thing for whites, she is bald on top too..I know it would do wonders for her self esteem. where could I get a good deal on a starter wig?

    2. the difference and often the issue is the texture of the wig is often not plausible. black women are always wearing European hair.

  7. In the 70s I wore wigs for fashion. I had a long red one a short pixie type and a Wiglet that had a perfect updo. I wore thst for my wedding. My own hair was brown chinlength bob. I liked variety.
